The user can request to delete the account and the personal data of the User, which is stored in the Rush Analytics Service by sending an email to support@rush-analytics.com. The account and the user’s personal data will be deleted from the Rush Analytics service within 7 days from the date of receiving the request.

Our Rush Analytics Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Child” or “Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Disclosure of Personal Information: We disclose Identification Information to our sales department and our customer support team and our hosting/cloud providers engaged to store your Personal information.

Examples: Information included in your communications with us, such as when you attend one of our events or contact our sales or customer support teams.

Sources of Personal Information: We collect Communication Information from interactions with you such as forms you submit or emails you send to us.

Use of Personal Information: We use Online Activity Information for marketing and analytics.

Disclosure of Personal Information: We disclose Online Activity and Tracking Information to our customer support team and our sales department, our analytics provider and our hosting/cloud providers engaged to store your Personal information.

Without limiting our ability to disclose information as described in the section of our Privacy Policy entitled “BUSINESS TRANSFERS”, for the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act, we do not and will not sell your Personal Information.
