Psychology: background in social psychology, research on consumer behavior and decision making. Thanks to this, Dmitriy has a deeper understanding of how consumers think and behave, which he has applied in his work in marketing and customer support.

Providing technical support to customers and conducting market research to gather insights on customer needs and preferences. This allows to better understand customer behavior and provide effective solutions to their problems.
